Project Management

There is no magic formula for ensuring that a project is successful, but there are well proven techniques available to help plan and manage projects. Project management is not a 'black art', nor does it need to be a minefield of jargon and bureaucracy. Most of project management is plain, common sense but projects do need to be managed proactively and by someone with the skills and experience to do the job.  It also helps if that project manager not only has project experience, but specific industry sector knowledge as well.  This is the best combination provides the greatest chance of success.

I have initiated, designed and managed large and small projects within a number of insurance organisations, so experience and sector knowledge comes as standard.  Also included as standard is straight talking, clear planning and objectives, and lack of needless buzzwords.
