Interim Management
I offer a bespoke interim management service to clients when needed. My side industry knowledge and skills mean that I can “hit the ground running” and begin adding value to your business day one. I am happy to consider appointments of any duration in a wide variety of disciplines. Firms often use interim managers, but rarely do they come with the specific skills and experience needed for the job in hand, that’s why I only offer this service within the general insurance arena.
There may be a number of reasons why you may consider an interim manager. For example:

- To cover an absence;
- In place of management consultancy;
- To fill a gap while recruitment is underway for a permanent manager; or
- You may simple need additional resources for a period.
