Hello and welcome to BobScreen.co.uk.

This site is designed to give visitors a flavour of the range of experience and knowledge that I have collected in my 20+ years working in the insurance industry and importantly how my skills can be brought to bear to deliver value and benefit to other organisations involved in the changing insurance market place.

I provide a highly professional project management, consultancy,  and interim management service to organisations where my expertise can help them.  This may be in relation to a specific one-off project, a period of interim management or a more regular input to a business on a part time basis.

You’ll be able to access details of the services I can provide from the menu on the left and a fuller explanation of my experience from the About Bob tab.  However, in summary, I’ve worked at all levels from the most junior clerk in an insurance company branch to director of major insurance broking businesses and many in between.  I’ve been involved in a number of start-ups, including building a broker consolidator from scratch to £50m premium.  I’ve covered personal lines, and commercial, intermediated and direct distribution, including online. 

Key strengths include Marketing, Operational Management, Business Strategy, Start ups and Project Management where clear and influential communication with key decision makers and other stakeholders is a vital part of the task.

Although an experienced practitioner, and the technical knowledge is there, it is really the wider understanding of the business and strategy that adds value to my clients activities.
